Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager with strong expertise in international payroll and hands-on experience in managing payroll across US, UK, Australia, Dubai, and India. The ideal candidate should bring deep understanding of multi-country payroll operations, global statutory compliance, and end-to-end payroll governance. Experience on ADP (International + DOMS) is preferred, as the organisation is migrating from this platform, but it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple geographies: US, UK, Australia, Dubai, and India.

- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with country-specific statutory requirements.

- Drive monthly payroll activitiesinputs, validations, reconciliations, variance analysis, and final payroll sign-off.

- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to maintain process alignment and address payroll-related queries.

- Lead payroll audits, statutory filings, and documentation as per internal and external audit requirements.

- Ensure strong internal controls, data accuracy, and confidentiality across payroll systems and processes.

- Support system migration and transformation initiatives, including process standardisation and automation.

- Maintain and update SOPs, SLAs, and compliance documentation.

- Monitor changes in global payroll regulations and ensure timely implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in multi-country payroll management.

- Strong experience in international payroll-US, UK, Australia, Dubai & India.

- Good understanding of global payroll compliance, taxation, labour laws, and statutory frameworks.

- Experience with ADP International and ADP DOMS is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Education

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field.

- Payroll certifications (CPP, ADP certifications, or equivalent) are an advantage.
