Global Oracle Practice Leader - HCM

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Oracle HCM Practice Head to lead and scale our Oracle HCM consulting business in India. This leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, delivery excellence, capability building, and strategic client partnerships across Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle HCM combined with strong P&L ownership and team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Practice Strategy & Leadership:

- Define and execute the Oracle HCM growth strategy for India.

- Build industry-focused HCM solution offerings and accelerators.

- Establish strong alignment with Oracle alliance teams.

- Drive innovation leveraging Oracle Cloud, AI, and automation capabilities.

2. Revenue Ownership & Business Development:

- Own and manage the P&L for the Oracle practice.

- Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.

- Support large RFPs and complex deal pursuits.

- Build and maintain C-level relationships.

- Achieve revenue, margin, and pipeline targets.

3. Delivery Governance & Excellence:

- Oversee end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

- Ensure quality assurance, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery.

- Standardize methodologies, estimation models, and implementation frameworks.

- Drive customer satisfaction and referenceable client outcomes.

4. Capability & Talent Development:

- Hire and scale high-performing Oracle HCM consultants and architects.

- Build Centers of Excellence (COE) for Planning, Consolidation, and Close.

- Drive certifications across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

- Mentor senior leaders and develop succession plans.

5. Alliance & Ecosystem Management:

- Strengthen partnership with Oracle regional and global teams.

- Drive joint GTM initiatives and co-sell engagements.

- Participate in Oracle partner programs and industry events.

Required Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in HR Transformation and consulting.

- 8+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM implementation experience.

- 5+ years in leadership roles with P&L responsibility.

- Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

- Proven track record of closing and delivering large-scale Oracle HCM programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA preferred.

- Experience in Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting firms.

- Experience working with global enterprise clients.

- Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills.
