Job Title:
Manager in Global Mobility Services (Tax & Social security advisory & compliances for Expatriate and Indian employees, labour laws and payroll)
Job Summary:
- Assisting in growing GMS practice in Hyderabad including South India
- Team management
- End-to-end project management which may include preparation of Tax computations and assisting in Documentation / Compliance/ Assessments/ Advisory work for employee / Expatriate tax & Social Security, New Labour codes, labour laws and payroll etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key role in growing GMS practice in Hyderabad and supporting overall GMS South practice
- Assist in pitches like preparing proposals, respond to Request for Proposals etc.
- Client management
- Team management
- Management of project time cost
- Handling end-to-end individual tax compliances for expatriates (inbound and outbound) like preparation of tax computations, quarterly withholding tax returns, withholding tax certificate, India Income Tax return etc.
- Assisting clients in obtaining in tax registrations, Form-30C, Form-30A, Certificate of Coverage
- Prepare/review updates based on reviews of tax case laws, CBDT Circulars & notifications, updates from EPFO, etc
- Developing position papers related to taxation of individuals
- Delivering new labour codes/ laws related assignments
Qualifications:
Required:
- Chartered Accountant
- Strong Tax Technical Skills including taxation of individuals with a focus on taxation of employment income
- Knowledge of labour and employment laws
- Knowledge of Payroll processes
- Excellent organizational, analytical skills, verbal/written communication, inter personal skills

Experience Level: 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in Global Mobility Services.
