- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Overseeing external vendors - including relocation agencies, immigration lawyers, insurance providers, and Employer of Record (EoR) partners - to ensure smooth execution.

- Policy, Process & HR Alignment: Partnering with Business HR (HRBPs), Talent, Rewards, and Finance to determine assignment types (short-term, long-term, transfers), manage policy exceptions, draft letters of assignment, and track assignment budgets/costs.

- Data & Analytics: Maintaining mobility trackers, tracking visa expiration dates, calculating benefits/gratuity, and presenting mobility dashboards to leadership.

Key Skills & Mindset Needed:

- 5+ Years Experience in global mobility, international HR, or corporate immigration.

- Technical Proficiency in Excel and HR systems (like SAP DM) for tracking data and balance sheets.

- Regulatory Knowledge covering cross-border tax, international labor policies, and visa processes.
