Role Overview:

The Global Marketplace Lead will be responsible for driving the growth and optimization of our global talent marketplace from our Bangalore office. This role involves managing key stakeholder relationships, implementing strategic recruitment initiatives, and ensuring the marketplace effectively connects top talent with our clients' needs. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with recruitment teams, client relationship managers, and technology partners to enhance the user experience and maximize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to expand the reach and effectiveness of the global talent marketplace, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, recruitment teams, and technology vendors, to optimize marketplace performance.

- Analyze marketplace data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

- Collaborate with the recruitment teams to ensure effective sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates through the marketplace.

- Drive initiatives to enhance the user experience for both clients and candidates, increasing engagement and satisfaction.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketplace activity, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies related to recruitment and data privacy.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 6-9 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or marketplace management.
