A premier Client of Lighthouse Partners is a leading Outsourcing Company, having its operations based out of India / Manilla / Mexico / Romania / Czech with a present strength of close to 20K employees and having diversified practices like: BPO / Consulting / KPO etc.   Position Title, Responsibility Level   Manager - Compensation and Benefits	  Function : Human Resource	  Reports to :Sr AVP - Compensation & Benefits  Basic Function  This role is primarily responsible for all implementation of compensation and benefits activities across all levels and geographies   Essential Functions  - Pay linkage to annual performance review:   - Annual Salary Review   - Annual Bonus policy   - Equity award   Compensation Committee reporting:  - Recommendations for Leadership compensation review   - Approval for organization variable-pay provision and payout   - Approval for annual salary review payouts   Compensation Benchmarking   - Benchmarking by Line of Business and Geography   - Leadership Compensation   SEC reporting in the US   - Filing relating to Executive officers   - Proxy filing - related to executive compensation   C&B System maintenance   - Ensure system setup allows to meet organization requirements   - Anticipate and plan for any changes required to the system to meet C&B needs   - Test quality and consistency of reports generated through the C&B software  Compensation Design   - Ensure effective and competitive pay structures are used for cash compensation   - Maintain policies for benefits allowed under cash compensation such as company car   Other responsibilities  - Ensure accurate financial reporting   - Provide support for integration of compensation at the time of integration/ acquisition   - Provide compensation information and design for new market entry strategy   - Driving and Managing the Compensation Initiatives  Key parameters:  - Reporting   - Compliance   Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor  Primary Internal Interactions  - HODs / AVPs   - All HR team   - Finance &Legal.   Primary External Interactions  - Compensation consultants   - Equity Award Administrator   - Legal / Financial Consultants to the company   Organizational Relationships  Reports To: AVP - Comp and Benefits   Supervises: 0-3  Skills  Soft skills (Desired)	  - Ability to handle challenging situation  - Comfortable in ambiguous situations with absence of structure  - Awareness regarding Benchmark practices/Industry Trends  - Strong inter-personal skills, Great team player with leadership potential  - Proven track record in Compensation & Benefits  - Dependability   - Good communication skills - spoken and written English   - Driven, enthusiastic and full of ideas and initiatives  Soft Skills (Minimum)	  - Analytical Skills   - a people'sperson  - Self-starter, energetic, proactive  - Goal-oriented, committed and effective  - Ethical, truthful and honest  Education Requirements  - MBA preferred.
