The Global Management Trainee Program

We are seeking ambitious, recently qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) or MBAs from India's top-tier institutes (2024/2025 batches) who thrive on challenge and refuse to stand still.

This isn't a typical graduate program. From day one, you'll take ownership, learn fast, and make decisions that directly shape our global operations. Through three core rotational stints, you will build a 360-degree understanding of our global operations, guided by mentorship from senior leadership.

Stint 1 | Sourcing

- Immerse yourself in our sourcing networks across Nigeria, Tanzania, or other origins. You will engage directly with suppliers at the farmgate, building practical field-level experience and understanding our core supply chain.

Stint 2 | Finance & export operations

- Master the financial engine of a global commodity business. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, fund planning, and banking, coordinated with export activities like warehousing, customs, and logistics.

Stint 3 | Trading & sales

- Take ownership of trading opportunities for the agro products that we source. You will be tasked with developing new, long-term buyer relationships in key markets like India, China, and Vietnam.

Program Duration:

- Each rotational stint lasts 6-8 months and will complete with a presentation to the senior leadership.

- Upon successful completion of the ~2-year program, you will be placed in a permanent role within the Group based on your proven strengths, interests, and business needs.

Who you are?

- A recently qualified CA (ICAI 2024/25, 1st/2nd attempt) or an MBA from a top-tier Indian management school (2024/25 batch).

- An entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to excel in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.

- Analytically minded, with the ability to turn data and insights into smart business decisions.

- A strong communicator and negotiator with excellent command of English.

- Proactive, adaptable, and energized by the challenge of scaling a business.

- Willing and able to travel extensively across our key locations in Africa, the UAE, and Asia.
