Lead global logistics strategy, operating model governance, and OpCo logistics performance to deliver service excellence, cost competitiveness, operational resilience, and network optimization across the groups supply chain ecosystem. The role drives logistics transformation, distribution network design, transportation strategy, operational standards, and capability development while ensuring alignment between global logistics priorities and OpCo execution.

Core Accountabilities:

- Develop and execute the global logistics strategy aligned with business growth, customer service, and supply chain objectives.

- Define and optimize the global logistics network, distribution footprint, transportation architecture, and flow design.

- Establish global logistics operating standards, governance frameworks, policies, and performance management processes.

- Drive distribution center productivity, warehousing, transportation, and service excellence across all OpCos to achieve targeted service levels and operational efficiency.

- Lead OpCo logistics performance governance, ensuring delivery of service, OTIF, speed-to-market, inventory, and customer responsiveness targets.

- Optimize freight spend, transportation productivity, and logistics cost competitiveness across the global network.

- Build and govern strategic logistics partner, carrier, and vendor ecosystems to strengthen operational performance and scalability.

- Drive logistics risk management, business continuity planning, and network resilience strategies.

- Provide strategic oversight of the Global Customs & Trade function to ensure trade compliance and customs excellence globally.
