Designation - Manager/ Sr Manager- Business Development Location - India / Singapore Key Responsibilities - To do market mapping for defined market/Geo for setting up new school campuses of Global School Foundation. - To manage IPCs/Consultant/Real estate developers/Investors/Govt. nodal authorities for scouting & evaluation of suitable parcel. - Gathering market intelligence data and prepare report on market attractiveness/new market/ new trend. - Coordinate with various type of consultants for property valuations, legal diligence & commercial diligence. - Coordinate internally with Finance team for financial modelling for proposed site. - Negotiation of commercials and technical specification with LO/Real estate developers for shortlisted site and closure of term sheet. - Coordination with legal team/law firms for MOU and Lease deed drafting and closure of the same documents with LO. - Coordination with Project team & PMC consultants to deliver on agreed specs with LO. Overseeing on ground progress of site as part of project team. - Preparation of MIS report status on Business development activities and present it to management on weekly & monthly basis. - Maintaining healthy relationships with real estate developers and consultants Experience & Qualification- - 5-12 years of experience in Business Development preferably Education sector. - Any Postgraduate or Graduate with good Negotiation skills , presentation skills. - Willingness to Travel
