The schools offer various. curricula, including IB, Cambridge and CBSE Job Title -Head Sales & Marketing JOB PURPOSE-The role holder is responsible for providing leadership to the Admissions function, developing and overseeing Admissions strategies, policies and procedures, and driving all aspects of marketing, student retention and admissions to the various campuses. Location - Mumbai KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Leadership - Leads the Admissions function and provides direction the Admissions team in the various locations - Designs and delivers annual Admissions priorities and organizational strategies in line with the organization's business plans - Oversees the development and implementation of Admissions policies and practices - Provides guidance to the Admissions function for all aspects the Admissions process, from prospecting to nurturing, and closing to onboarding Financial - Collaborates with the Finance function in developing relevant measurable performance metrics for the Admissions function , and proactively tracks performance against the metrics to ensure fiscal control, profitability and financial feasibility of the function - Oversees the annual budget for the function and ensures adherence to the budget Strategy: - Designs and maintains the Global Standard Operating Procedures and policies, and cascades this to the respective Admissions Teams for the various campuses - Develop and implement overall marketing and sales strategy for the Admissions function globally, and oversees the execution at the local levels - Oversees lead generation channels, both online and offline, and reviews the efficiency of these channels Operational: - Works closely with the Country Head on the annual target setting process for the various locations. - Ensures there is a standard target setting practice - Monitors the admissions targets for the various campuses - Oversees the formulation of the monthly admission targets by the respective Admissions Head - Reviews the projected quarterly admissions by the respective Admissions Head and ensures the accuracy of the targets set - Ensures that the admissions policies and processes are adhered to, including the conducting of admissions tests. - Ensures that the Admissions Team maintain and update the student database and provide relevant reports as required Minimum Qualifications- Post Graduate with atleast 15 years of relevant experience
