About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Global HR Operations & SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to support global HR operations and HRIS activities. This role combines HR Operations and SAP SuccessFactors administration, ensuring accurate employee data management, system support, reporting, and process compliance across global teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, HR Operations, HRIS administration, and stakeholder support within a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support global HR Operations and HR Shared Services activities across multiple regions.

- Manage employee and contingent workforce transactions in SAP SuccessFactors, including record creation, updates, extensions, and offboarding activities.

- Maintain and support SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Contingent Workforce Management (CWM), Recruiting, and Learning Management System (LMS).

- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR teams and business managers regarding HR system and operational queries.

- Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making.

- Ensure HR data accuracy through regular audits, monitoring, and compliance checks.

- Collaborate with HR, IT, Procurement, and other stakeholders to resolve data quality and process issues.

- Support system testing, enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives within SAP SuccessFactors.

- Maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.

- Ensure adherence to global HR data governance standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HRIS.

- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors administration and support.

- Experience working with SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning Management System (LMS), or Contingent Workforce Management (CWM).

- Good understanding of HR data management, employee lifecycle processes, and HRIS administration.

- Experience creating HR reports, dashboards, and analytical reports.

- Strong knowledge of data quality, compliance, and process governance.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience supporting global HR operations across multiple countries and time zones.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Experience with system testing, UAT, and HR system enhancements.

- Exposure to HR analytics and reporting tools.
