Description:
We are an IT consulting organization with a global workforce of approximately 200 employees across India, the US, and other regions.
We are looking for a Global HR Manager to own and scale end-to-end HR operations, support rapid business growth, and partner closely with leadership on people strategy, compliance, and talent initiatives.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who has managed HR independently in a mid-sized, globally distributed IT consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end HR operations for a 200-employee global organization
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to leadership and delivery teams
- Lead global hiring operations including lateral hiring, campus hiring, and niche IT skills
- Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmations, performance reviews, exits
- Design and administer performance management and compensation cycles
- Ensure compliance with India labor laws, US HR compliance, and contractor regulations
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and policy enforcement
- Support US staffing models, including consultants, contractors, and visa-based employees
- Drive learning & development, leadership readiness, and succession planning
- Manage HR functions including, but not limited to payroll, benefits, background checks, and compliance
- Implement and optimize HRMS, reporting, and people analytics
- Support remote and hybrid workforce policies and engagement initiatives
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in IT consulting / IT services HR
- Solid understanding of India and US HR practices
- Experience supporting client-facing consulting teams
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll, compliance, and audits
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial setup
Qualifications:
- MBA / Masters degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- 8-12 years of progressive HR experience
- Prior experience in IT Consulting, Technology Services, or Global Delivery models
