
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Global HR Business Partner to lead the human capital strategy for our Technology division across Singapore and Bangalore. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior technology leadership, bridging the gap between complex business objectives and organizational culture. You will navigate a matrixed global environment, partnering with engineering heads and product leaders to drive organizational design, talent acquisition, and performance excellence. By championing large-scale transformation initiatives, you will directly influence the scalability and innovation capacity of our global tech footprint, ensuring our workforce remains agile and high-performing in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and execute comprehensive organizational design strategies to align technical team structures with long-term product roadmaps and business growth targets.
- Lead complex change management initiatives across international borders, ensuring seamless adoption of new operating models and cultural shifts within engineering teams.
- Design and implement bespoke leadership development programs to cultivate a robust pipeline of technical managers and high-potential talent capable of navigating global scale.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to translate business data into actionable workforce insights, proactively addressing talent gaps and retention risks.
- Drive the global HR agenda by standardizing best practices while maintaining the flexibility to address the unique cultural and regulatory nuances of the Singapore and Bangalore markets.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in partnering with C-suite and senior technology leadership to influence strategic decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale change management projects, successfully navigating resistance and fostering alignment across diverse, cross-functional global teams.
- Exceptional capability in designing and facilitating leadership development frameworks that enhance management maturity and technical team performance.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR metrics and business intelligence to drive data-backed talent strategies.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and manage stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.
- Professional maturity gained through 18 to 28 years of progressive HR leadership experience, specifically within global technology organizations.
