Job Profile:

They will serve as a strategic partner to the Global CHRO and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's global people agenda.

The role carries a global mandate - leading global Centres of Expertise across Rewards, Global Mobility, Job Architecture and HR Technology.

Operating at the intersection of business strategy, people practices, and digital transformation, the incumbent will be responsible for designing and implementing world-class compensation frameworks, modern HR technology platforms, and organization effectiveness initiatives that strengthen the company's ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent globally.

With the company's workforce spread across India, the Netherlands, Hungary, the United Kingdom, and the Americas, the role will work closely with global leadership teams to ensure that HR policies and practices remain globally consistent while remaining sensitive to local business realities and regulatory requirements.

As a custodian of HR transformation, the incumbent will lead efforts to modernize the company's HR ecosystem by leveraging digital platforms, analytics, and global best practices to drive operational efficiency, enhance employee experience, and build a future-ready workforce.

Beyond policy creation, the role will focus on enabling enterprise-wide transformation, strengthening organisational capability, supporting leadership effectiveness, and ensuring company's continues to build a high-performance culture aligned with its global growth ambitions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Master's degree in business administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from a reputed institution.

- 18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with strong exposure to leading global Centres of Expertise.

- Demonstrated experience in global rewards, HR technology, and HR transformation within large, multi-geography organisations. Prior exposure to SuccessFactors will be an advantage.

- Strong track record in designing and implementing global compensation structures, performance management frameworks, and mobility programs.

- Experience in driving HR digitization and HR technology platforms to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

- Ability to operate effectively in a complex global environment spanning multiple cultures and regulatory frameworks.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive change across global organisations.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability with the ability to translate business priorities into impactful HR interventions.

- High emotional intelligence, collaboration, and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

- This role will be a part of the Global HR Leadership Team and hence act as a strategic partner to the Global CHRO in shaping the company's global HR policies, frameworks, and practices aligned with the company's growth strategy.

- Lead global Centres of Expertise across Rewards, Global Mobility, Job Architecture, and HR Technology.

- Ensure consistency and scalability of HR frameworks across the company's global operations while maintaining regional adaptability.

- Drive enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives aimed at modernising HR policies, processes, and operating models.

Rewards & Performance Management:

- Design and oversee global compensation and benefits frameworks that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.

- Lead compensation benchmarking and market intelligence across key geographies to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.

- Develop and implement performance management frameworks including variable pay, incentives, and recognition programs that drive accountability and high performance.

- Partner with senior leadership teams to ensure rewards differentiation for critical talent and leadership roles.

Global Mobility & Organization Effectiveness:

- Develop and implement global talent mobility strategies that support leadership development, business expansion, and cross-border talent deployment.

- Lead initiatives around job architecture to ensure the organisation remains agile and future ready.

- Oversee the global grading framework and maintain a comprehensive repository of job descriptions and role architecture.

HR Technology & Digital Transformation:

- Lead the implementation and ongoing evolution of HR technology platforms and digital HR solutions.

- Drive HR digitization initiatives to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience across the organisation.

- Leverage analytics and technology to support data-driven decision making across HR and business leadership.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively with CHRO, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication and executive presence with the ability to articulate complex HR strategies in a clear and impactful manner.
