Job Description:


- Lead the company's talent acquisition strategy and translate business goals into actionable hiring roadmaps.

- Drive annual and quarterly workforce planning across functions and geographies.

- Build and run scalable hiring processes that improve speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

- Implement structured interview frameworks, including competencybased and barraiser evaluations.

- Build strong pipelines across Engineering, Product, AI, GTM, and leadership roles.

- Champion a barraiser hiring philosophy to consistently elevate talent density.

- Own senior leadership hiring (Director, VP, CXO) and build proactive executive pipelines.

- Lead, mentor, and scale a highperforming TA team across recruiting, sourcing, and TA operations.

- Track and optimise key recruiting metrics (timetohire, offer acceptance, source effectiveness, quality of hire).

- Strengthen the employer brand through strategic talent market positioning and partnerships.

The Successful Applicant:


- Brings 12+ years of talent acquisition experience, with strong exposure to highgrowth tech or SaaS organisations.

- Proven track record hiring across Engineering, Product, and GTM disciplines.

- Deep experience in leadership hiring and building executive talent pipelines.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

- Highly datadriven with expertise in recruitment analytics and process optimisation.

- Demonstrates high ownership, execution discipline, and a passion for building highperformance teams.
