Vice President Global Marketing / Head Strategic Marketing

We are seeking a high-impact, visionary marketing leader to shape and accelerate our global brand presence, demand generation engine, and customer engagement strategy. The ideal candidate is a full-stack marketer who blends creativity with data, strategy with execution, and brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes. This role is pivotal in driving integrated marketing across geographies, aligning with leadership on business goals, and delivering campaigns that influence revenue, reputation, and reach. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Architect and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Partner with business heads to translate market insights and product vision into impactful go-to-market narratives and brand positioning.
- Lead high-impact campaigns across customer segments, verticals, and solution areas.
Brand & Communications
- Own and evolve the brand story, value proposition, and messaging across channels and stakeholders.
- Build a globally respected brand through content, PR, analyst relations, and influencer engagement.
- Drive CXO visibility and executive communications as brand advocates.
Demand Generation & GTM Excellence
- Spearhead demand generation and ABM programs that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
- Leverage digital, content, and performance marketing tools to optimize reach and conversion.
- Align with sales, product, and regional teams to ensure GTM consistency and success.
Digital-First & Data-Led Execution
- Scale content syndication, inbound strategies, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation.
- Track campaign performance, pipeline impact, brand metrics, and CX insights to continuously refine strategy.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.
- Manage global agencies, partners, and platforms to amplify execution at scale.
- Collaborate with HR and internal comms on employer branding and culture marketing.
Key Requirements
- 18-22 years of progressive marketing leadership experience in B2B/B2B2C tech, IT, SaaS, or digital infrastructure.
- Proven success in demand gen, GTM strategy, brand building, and customer marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and performance tracking.
- Experience managing multi-location teams and scaling marketing for global growth.
- Excellent storytelling, executive presence, and stakeholder influence.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
