Global Head - Operations

Role Profile:
As our Global Head of People Operations, you will be accountable for all global people operations within Lloyds List Intelligence.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, deep expertise in HR Operations and laser focused operational efficiency, and a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.
Your stakeholders will include the People & Culture Team, Leadership Team (CFO and COO) and our Extended Leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Head of Global HR Operations:
- Lead end-to-end HR Operations service across multiple regions including Europe, US, and APAC.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and data security to enhance employee experience.
- Manage compliance, and employee lifecycle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR teams to align operations with strategic goals.
- Ensure global HR policy adherence and support key governance initiatives like gender pay gap and equal pay reporting.
- Design bold and innovative ways to use HR policies to attract talent, drive retention and employee engagement
- Lead all HR transactions from hiring, performance management, promotions, job changes etc
- Lead on HR policy development to ensure we are a great place to work and drives a global culture and global equity / fairness.
- Lead on HR systems to ensure the safety of our data, drive efficiency and provide the best service to our management population and employees.
What we are looking for:
Essential
- Experience in HR Ops planning, execution, optimization, and continuous improvement of workflows compliance, employee data management
- Experience in partnering with senior stakeholders in a high growth, SaaS or Technology business
- Experience with an international business (APAC and Europe)
- A proven track record in developing a People Operations agenda.
- A deep knowledge of HR Systems, Reward, and benefits
- An ability to deliver at pace in a fast-moving, growth-focused business
- An ability to manage change and minimize complexity
- A strong focus on continuous improvement, with an analytical and data-driven approach
- A collaborative style that builds effective working relationships
