Role & responsibilities:

1. Strategic Operations Leadership:

- Act as a core member of the executive leadership team.

2. Scaling & Functional Excellence:

- Manage complex B2C/B2B2C operations, focusing on high-volume transactions and seamless service delivery.

3. Performance & Quality Management:

- Drive exceptional patient experience (aiming for 90%+ NPS) and manage digital reputation.

4. Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to improve user journeys and app engagement.

Preferred candidate profile:

Experience: 17+ years of total experience in high-growth startups, specifically in HealthTech or Financial Services or Insurance.

Scale: Proven experience in scaling operations across India.

Process Discipline: Strong, demonstrable capability to build systems, SOPs, and frameworks from scratch.

Data Driven: Ability to use data analytics to drive operational decisions.

Education: MBA from a top-tier institute
