As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Head of HR to lead and drive our human resources strategy globally.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Global Head of HR who will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's talent strategy, culture, and employee experience across our global locations. This role requires a strategic HR leader with a robust background in Talent Acquisition, HR operations, organizational development, and leadership transformation. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build and sustain a high-performance culture while focusing on driving business results through effective people management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

- Develop and implement a global HR strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Partner with the executive leadership team to drive organizational culture, values, and business transformation.

- Lead, mentor and manage the global HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing HR function across geographies.

Talent Acquisition:

- Lead and optimize global talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent.

- Build strong employer branding initiatives to enhance companies reputation as an employer of choice.

- Drive recruitment efforts for critical and senior leadership roles, ensuring talent pipelines are built for future business growth.

- Implement diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.

Organizational Development:

- Oversee and lead the design and implementation of talent management programs including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential employee identification.

- Lead efforts to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives globally.

- Align learning and development programs with business needs and career growth paths for employees.

HR Operations and Compliance:

- Ensure HR processes, policies, and systems are aligned with local regulations and global best practices.

- Oversee global compensation and benefits strategies, working with senior leadership to drive competitive, market-based pay structures.

- Ensure the effective management of HRIS, data analytics, and HR reporting to provide actionable insights to the business.

Employee Relations:

- Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes high levels of employee engagement, collaboration, and productivity.

- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on employee relations issues and resolve conflicts with a focus on retaining talent.

Performance Management:

- Drive a performance-driven culture by implementing effective performance appraisal systems, feedback mechanisms, and continuous improvement processes.

- Support leadership teams in setting clear objectives, KPIs, and career development goals for employees.

Global Workforce Management:

- Develop strategies to manage a globally distributed workforce, ensuring consistency in HR policies and employee experience across regions.

- Support the integration of remote work, hybrid work models, and ensure global compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Education: MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (must have).

Experience:

- 20+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a global or multi-geography setting.

- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and organizational development.

- Proven experience in HR leadership, driving HR strategy for a global IT services or technology organization.

- Experience in handling senior-level recruitment and leadership development programs.

- Exposure to international labor laws and HR compliance across multiple geographies.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

- Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with senior leadership and business stakeholders.

- In-depth knowledge of HRIS, employee engagement metrics, and global workforce management systems.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
