There is an opening for Global Head - Client Acquisition (Enterprise Growth)

We are now entering our next phase of growth-from 100 - 1000-and are looking for a leader to own and scale enterprise client acquisition globally.
The Opportunity
- This is not a traditional sales leadership role.
- This is a builder + hunter role-for someone who wants to:
- Own global revenue growth
- Build a high-performing acquisition engine
- Work closely with founders to shape GTM strategy
You will lead a global sales team (India, MEA, London) and drive large, strategic enterprise deals.
Role Mandate :
- Own and scale enterprise client acquisition globally, with a clear focus on:
- Winning large, strategic clients
- Driving high-value, repeatable deals
- Building a predictable revenue engine
Key Responsibilities :
1. Own Global Client Acquisition (End-to-End)
- Drive new business across India, Middle East, and Europe
- Own pipeline, conversion, and revenue targets
- Personally lead large, strategic deals
2. Build a Scalable GTM Engine
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy by sector and geography
- Focus on priority sectors (e.g., BFSI, Tech, Conglomerates)
- Build repeatable sales playbooks and motions
3. Sell High-Value, Outcome-Led Solutions
- Position WeAce as a performance partner, not a vendor
Sell integrated solutions :
- Coaching
- Learning
- Platform-led journeys
- Anchor conversations on ROI and business impact
4. Lead & Build the Global Sales Team
Build and lead a high-performing acquisition team
Drive a culture of :
- Ownership
- Hustle
- Accountability
- Coach the team on enterprise selling and deal closure
5. Work Closely with Founders & Delivery
- Partner with founders on strategic accounts and key relationships
- Ensure tight alignment between:
- Sales promise
- Delivery capability
- Shape offerings based on market feedback
6. Build Strategic Relationships
- Develop deep relationships with:
- CHROs
- Business Heads
- CXOs
- Establish WeAce as a trusted partner at the top
7. Drive Platform-Led Growth
- Sell WeAce as a platform-first solution, not just services
Drive adoption of :
- AI-enabled matching
- Digital journeys
- Position platform as a scalable growth lever
Who We're Looking For Must Have
- 15-20 years of experience in :
- Enterprise sales / business development / consulting
Proven track record of :
- Winning large enterprise deals
- Building and scaling sales teams
Ideal Profile :
- Experience in selling :
- Leadership development / HR solutions / SaaS / consulting
- Strong exposure to :
- Global clients and multi-market selling
