
Role Overview:
The Global Head of Products will define and own the product vision, strategy, and commercial outcomes for all AI native platforms and incubated businesses.
- Reporting into the CEO, AI-Native Business & Platforms Unit, this role leads all Product Managers and operates as an owner, accountable for go to market strategy, solutioning, pricing models, and lifecycle value creation.
- You will blend deep customer empathy with commercial rigor, shaping platforms that are grounded in real workflows, scalable across markets, and differentiated in outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, north star outcomes, and multi-year roadmaps across all platforms (Industry platforms & SLMs, Delivery platforms, Enterprise functional platforms).
- Lead creation of industry SLMs (e.g., BFSI, healthcare, telecom, aviation etc.).
- Own go to market strategy, pricing, licensing, and commercial models, working closely with SMUs, sales, and partners.
- Lead Product Managers who engage directly with customers, partners, and markets to identify problems worth solving.
- Ensure tight integration between product discovery, platform engineering, and forward deployed learnings.
- Run client co-creation and advisory councils for continuous discovery.
- Identify new markets and use cases where platforms can scale. Incubate new AI native businesses using build, partner, invest, and leverage approaches.
- Ensure every platform has a clear value proposition and GTM story.
- Develop thought leadership and POVs that reinforce the clients position as a strategic, AI native partner.
Capabilities Required:
- Strong product intuition rooted in customer workflows and industry realities.
- Ability to balance platform standardization with market and client diversity.
- Commercial acumencomfort owning monetization models and value realization.
- Executive level communication and stakeholder influence.
Prerequisites:
- 15+ years of experience in senior product leadership roles.
- Experience in enterprise product or platform companies.
- Proven success owning GTM, pricing, and product economics.
- Exposure to AI, data platforms, or complex B2B software ecosystems.
Decision rights & interfaces:
- Final authority on what gets built and when across the portfolio.
- Works closely with Engineering (how), GTM (sell ability), FDEs (Platform implementation, support, and feature feedback).
- Interfaces with domain consulting teams for industry depth.
Success metrics (1224 months):
- Modernize existing platforms into AI-native and convert them to Industry SLMs.
- Minimum one new industry SLM launched with paying pilots in a high adoption vertical.
- High platform adoption across priority accounts (5+ 500 clients per core platform).
- 3-5 strong, referenceable product success stories.
- Build strong platform teams demonstrating product mindset & discipline, bringing specialized product + domain + AI capabilities to the unit.
