Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute the global digital go-to-market strategy.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Build and optimize customer acquisition funnels, focusing on CAC, ROAS, and conversion growth.
- Use AI-powered tools to create scalable marketing content, including ad copy, video scripts, and creative assets.
- Drive SEO strategies and marketplace growth on platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop innovative marketing ideas to position a category-creating medical device as a trusted global product.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or growth strategy roles.
- Hands-on expertise in managing paid campaigns and digital acquisition channels.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, funnel optimization, and attribution models.
- Experience using AI tools for marketing automation and content creation.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital analytics, and marketplace optimization.
- Exposure to international or European markets and GDPR compliance is an advantage.
- Ability to demonstrate measurable marketing impact (revenue growth, CAC reduction, ROAS improvement, or organic traffic growth).
