Our client is a IT services organisation that's scouting for a strong Delivery leader for one of its largest business lines. Must have: - ~20 years of experience in IT custom/bespoke Software Development Industry. - Solid experience in Client Engagement including influencer engagement and Delivery Leadership. - Must have managed projects that has more that engages a min hc of 250 resources. - Experience in managing global delivery on large onshore - Offshore models. - Experience in delivering Digital Transformation projects for at least 3+ years. - Must have a track record in large Program Delivery, P&amp;L and should have managed excellent CSAT/ESAT - At least 3 yrs experience in managing people at leadership levels. - Must have delivered and managed projects with a minimum size of USD $30mn. - Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills - Understanding of custom software development processes and experience in managing agile development projects is a must - Must have managed and lead delivery for large enterprise accounts. Good to have: Work experience with Tier1 IT Services Companies. Digital transformation projects experience. Exposure to multiple verticals/industries.
