About the Role:
We are looking for a highly proactive candidate who can work closely with clients to understand hiring needs, achieve monthly/quarterly targets, and deliver qualified candidates across Domestic and International roles.
This role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain a solid pipeline of high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring priorities, technical requirements, and role expectations.
- Specialized in sourcing & screening candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, IIMJobs, and other hiring platforms and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and client needs.
- Experience in handling mid-level, senior-level, and niche skill hiring. Maintain a strong and qualified pipeline and coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle multiple mandates simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets (Daily submissions, positions closed, interviews lined up).
- Act as the primary recruitment partner for assigned clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of recruitment experience with a bachelors degree in any industry.
- Excellent sourcing & screening skills and strong client-facing and requirement-gathering skills.
- Proven experience working in target-driven recruitment roles for Domestic and International.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple requirements efficiently.
