Job Description :

Key Mandate :

- MUST have real life experience in managing multiple Data deliveries from legacy modernization, Cloud Data Warehouse, Data Lakes Implementation and building advanced analytics and AI/ML for multiple clients in various industry segments.

- As a STRONG LEADER who has been there and done that, you should be able to guide and support the Delivery Managers below you to handle large, terabyte/petabyte scale complex data modernization and data engineering programs.

- Scale the business: Lead delivery growth from 100 million USD to 300 million USD, ensuring high-quality execution and client impact.

- Global reach: Manage multi-geo delivery across North America, EMEA, and APAC for Tier 1 clients in diverse sectors.

- Delivery excellence: Oversee large-scale engagements under Fixed Price, Outcome-Based, Time & Material, and Data Support models.

- Operational transformation: Lead the shift from a diamond-shaped to a pyramid-shaped delivery model, optimizing talent mix for scalability and cost efficiency.

- Commercial leadership: Improve gross margins through strategic resourcing, shared services leverage, and operational efficiency.

- Able to lead execution of multiple large scale complex data programs globally (multi region, multi-client portfolio) in ownership mode

- A leader who can build and groom the team of strong Data Engineering leaders, each of whom would drive Data programs for a business unit or a region

- Able to build and lead a best-in-class data organization with a standout talent pool and build a robust set of differentiated AI based assets for accelerated high quality Data delivery.

Core Responsibilities :

- Be the LEADER in setting up the standard operating models for Data & AI deliveries

- Direct global delivery operations for Data & Analytics, ensuring consistent execution, innovation, and client value.

- Build and optimize global delivery structures, enabling sustainable growth and cost competitiveness.

- Strengthen shared services in data engineering, analytics, governance, and platform support to maximize delivery efficiency.

- Partner with sales and account leadership to align delivery capabilities with growth opportunities and client demands.

- Drive governance on delivery quality, cost management, and profitability.

- Build a high-performance leadership pipeline across global locations.

Ideal Profile :

- MUST HAVE experience in managing Data Modernization programs such as Appliance Decom, ETL Mod, Reports Mod, DB Modernization

- MUST HAVE experience in managing AL/ML and AI/ML Modernization or AI/ML & GenAI new implementation programs on cloud

- Proven success in scaling a data and analytics delivery business from 100 million USD to 300 million USD or more.

- Significant experience in managing multi-geo delivery organizations and Tier 1 client portfolios.

- Strong track record in managing multiple commercial models including Fixed Price, Outcome-Based, Time & Material, and Support.

- Expertise in delivery pyramid optimization and transitioning from diamond-shaped to pyramid-shaped structures.

- Deep understanding of shared services delivery for data engineering, analytics, and governance.

- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.

- Exceptional leadership presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
