Successful Experience:
- 12 - 15 years of experience in customs, international trade, or global supply chain operations.
- Proven experience managing customs and trade compliance in a multinational environment.
- Strong exposure to cross-border operations, trade optimization, and customs governance.
- Experience working with customs brokers, regulatory bodies, and global logistics networks.
- Experience in global footwear industry or global retail chain is highly preferred.
- Experience leading regional or global trade transformation initiatives is an advantage.
