Content Strategy - Developing the best-in-class, latest, digital/AI-enabled pedagogies, content structures, and standards for curricula, content, and engagement models for skilling initiatives spanning a breadth of beneficiary segments and geographies. - Roadmaps: Maintaining and aligning the organization to a roadmap that transitions from traditional content models (classroom teaching, online video) to relevant, modern options (generative AI, A/R) to maximize scale and impact - Content Partnerships: Developing the necessary network of strategic and tactical partnerships and vendors that can maximize impact, speed, and returns on the companies investment in beneficiaries - Content Synergy: Developing the relevant methods and structures to ensure that content is effectively shared, built-on, and leveraged across initiatives to maximize efficiency and effectiveness - Content Platforms: Maintaining a view of the technology platforms needed to generate, produce and deliver various content types effectively - Actively participate in broader planning efforts to shape and understand emerging priorities and programs - Engage deeply with initiative product managers to understand beneficiaries, program plans, and baseline skilling requirements - Connect with experts in the field of skilling to understand the latest concepts and ideas around the domain - Formulate a vision and strategy for skilling content that aligns with the company, product, and program objectives and goals - Ensure content plans and strategies incorporate the necessary government, association, and other licensing and certification requirements to enable scale adoption - Ensure company-wide alignment to content standards, plans, etc. through the communication of the plans and coaching of content creation teams in the initiatives - Monitor content effectiveness metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategy and/or the implantation Roles and Responsibilities - Deep experience in pedagogy and emerging techniques in adult skilling (methodologies/Psychology/Pedagogy) - Experience in skilling. - Experience in the use of technology in large-scale skilling efforts. - Creation of highly engaging, world-class content for global audiences. - Alignment of broad, global organizations to emerging paradigms for content - Use of analytical methods to support strategy, planning, and deployment of skilling content - Maintaining a strong network of content professionals to get real-time perspectives on opportunities and solutions - Development of strategies and plans for general adoption across various teams and geographies - Engagement with various stakeholders globally to learn about unique needs and considerations. - Looking to focus energy on the creation of innovative platforms like those typical of emerging Edtech startups for the purpose of social impact (vs. wealth creation) - Focus on making a world-class impact in the domain - Able to work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments by remaining flexible and adaptable to changing technology capabilities, circumstances, and beneficiary needs. - Passionate about breaking existing learning paradigms through technology and challenging traditional skilling assumptions. - Able to think and act globally with a global mindset that seeks consistency, efficiency, and integration across global boundaries - Active collaborator across domains and geographies - Constantly looking to improve personal capability and performance - Led and energized teams to achieve excellence and impact
