We're Hiring - Account Manager (Architecture/Construction)

We are looking for an Account Manager with strong expertise in the construction and architecture domain.

The role focuses on managing client accounts in land development, architectural, structural, MEP, and BIM projects with international firms across the US & Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage long-term client relationships in the construction industry.

- Drive account growth with architectural, structural, MEP, and BIM clients.

- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure project success.

- Present tailored solutions to meet client requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- 12-15 years of total experience, with 8+ years in account management within offshore engineering/construction services.

- Strong understanding of project lifecycles in architecture, structural, MEP, and BIM.

- Good knowledge of CAD tools and design processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
