We're Hiring - Account Manager (Mechanical Engineering)

Location: Banaswadi, Bangalore

Shift: 4 PM - 1 AM (EST Time Zone)

Experience: 12-15 years

We are looking for an Account Manager with a background in Mechanical/Production Engineering.

The role involves managing client accounts with OEMs, manufacturers, and design studios across the US & Europe, ensuring successful project delivery and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage client relationships with global engineering partners.

- Act as the main point of contact for client accounts.

- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams for smooth execution.

- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

- Understand client requirements and align internal teams for successful delivery.

- Work closely with engineering and project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of services.

- Drive client satisfaction and ensure consistent engagement and repeat business.

- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support business development efforts.

Requirements:

- 12-15 years of total experience, with strong account management exposure.

- Good understanding of engineering design/project processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle global stakeholders
