This role is ideal for a compensation professional who thrives in a global, high-growth environment and enjoys building and managing equitable, scalable, and data-driven reward programs.

Youll act as the Compensation Business Partner for India while also leading global compensation programs and operations. This hybrid role demands a strategic thinker who can balance local market insights with global alignment to drive fair, competitive, and meaningful compensation decisions.

Youll work closely with senior leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to design, execute, and optimize compensation structures that support business goals and reward performance globally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary compensation partner for the India office, advising business leaders, recruiters, and HRBPs.

- Design and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.

- Provide expert guidance on offers, promotions, transfers, and adjustments.

- Conduct market benchmarking and develop competitive pay ranges.

- Lead global compensation cycles and manage planning, execution, and analysis.

- Manage compensation operations, policies, and systems for efficiency and scalability.

- Build and maintain compensation models and dashboards for executive reporting.

- Identify and implement automation or system enhancements.

- Continuously assess and refine programs to align with evolving business priorities.

Must Haves:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of corporate/consulting compensation experience.

- Minimum 2 years of people management experience.

- Deep expertise in compensation models, structures, and pay philosophies.

- Strong command of benchmarking surveys, data analytics, and compensation frameworks. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday, SQL, Python, or Tableau is a plus.

Nice to Have:

- Experience managing global compensation programs.

- Exposure to tech or high-growth environments.

- Familiarity with compensation automation or BI dashboards.

- Advanced degree or certification in HR, Finance, or related field.
