Our client, a Big4 consulting firm, is currently engaged in a project aimed at scoping a Global Business Services (GBS) framework for a key player in the retail sector. To support this initiative, they seek to engage with experts possessing the following profile: Profile: Individuals with leadership experience in Global Capability Centre (GCC) roles within multinational corporations. Preferably, candidates who have served as the Head of GCC operations in India. Organisation worked at: A global conglomerate or multinational corporation with operational reach spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. Industries of focus encompass Consumer Packaged Goods, Chemicals, Lubricants, Energy & Natural Resources. Alternatively, professionals with experience in the following GCC leadership functions are also encouraged to apply: - Planning & Data Analytics - Commercial Business Operations - Sourcing / Procurement - Supply Chain Management - Retail / Store Operations - Sales - Security / Risk Key responsibilities: - Providing expertise in setting up retail GCCs and transforming related roles - Delivering benchmarks crucial for project evaluation - Contributing to the broader initiative of GBS development for the retail client Your background: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in GBS setup and retail transformation - Expertise in retail GCC leadership and operational transformation - Preferred background in industries such as consumer packaged goods, chemicals, lubricants, energy & natural resources This opportunity will be on a 1-month contract with the client and can be executed on a part-time basis in a remote setup.
