
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs, design annual training calendars, and evaluate training effectiveness to foster employee growth and development.
- Implement and monitor ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, Halal, and cGMP standards to ensure full compliance with QMS requirements.
- Develop and maintain SOPs to keep documentation accurate, auditable, and always audit-ready.
- Support management in career development, succession planning, and performance appraisals through data-driven insights.
- Oversee pest control, laundry, and uniform management operations to maintain top hygiene and compliance standards.
Experience: 8-12 years (Pharma industry mandatory).
Qualification: UG/PG Graduates.
