
Job Title: GBS Head/Leadership (Non-IT Functions).
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in shared services, strategic leadership and cross functional operations to elevate GBS into a high impact function aligned with global business goals.
This role will be pivotal in driving stakeholder engagement, digital transformation and expansion of the GBS footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Transformation:
- Define and implement the strategic roadmap for GBS aligning with global business objectives and ensuring long term scalability.
- Drive continuous improvement, digital transformation and automation initiatives across GBS.
Functional Oversight:
Oversee and drive performance excellence across the following functions within GBS:
- Finance Operations: Captive Shared Service, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Product Costing.
- Customer Service.
- HR Operations.
- Regulatory & Product Documentation.
- Operations Technology.
- Sourcing & Procurement: Supplier Management, PO & Contract Management.
- Marketing Intelligence.
- Lead, mentor and grow a high performing team across multiple functional domains.
- Collaborate with global business leaders to understand requirements, manage expectations and provide high impact solutions.
- Lead initiatives to scale the GBS Organization.
Key Requirements:.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in managing Global Business Services/Shared Services with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading large, multifunctional teams across the listed non-IT functions.
- Strong background in GBS strategy, service delivery and stakeholder management.
- Experience in driving automation and digitalization initiatives.
