The Opportunity

- We are looking for a powerhouse leader to take our international business from its current foundations to a global scale. As the Chief Global Business Officer, you won't just be managing a department; you will be architecting the global future of our Ayurveda and Herbal and Nutraceutical portfolio.

- Currently generating - 30 Lakhs/month in international revenue, we have the product-market fit-now we need the engine. For a high-performer who demonstrates exceptional grit and growth, this role is designed to transition into a Co-founder position within 2-3 years.

Core Responsibilities

Scale Global Revenue: Drive aggressive international B2B growth from Day 1, moving the needle significantly beyond current benchmarks.

Strategic Leadership: Direct and mentor our existing 10-member international trade team, optimizing their performance and expanding the headcount as revenue scales.

Partnership Architecture: Identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships with global distributors, retail chains, and B2B clients.

Market Penetration: Design and execute entry strategies for new geographies, ensuring regulatory compliance and brand positioning in the Ayurveda/ Herbal/Nutra space.

P&L Ownership: Manage the international business budget, ensuring high ROI on expansion efforts and sustainable profitability.

The Ideal Candidate :

We are looking for a "Hunter" profile-someone who thrives on the chase and finds energy in closing complex international deals.

Experience: Proven track record in scaling international markets within the Ayurvedic, Herbal, Nutraceutical, or FMCG (Export) sectors.

Entrepreneurial DNA: You don't wait for a playbook; you write it. You are comfortable with ambiguity and driven by results.

Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of global export-import dynamics, international certifications, and distribution networks in the wellness/skincare space.

Network: An existing rolodex of international buyers or distributors is a significant advantage.
