Role : Global Business Development Manager (BDM) - Staffing

Shift : Mid Shift (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST)

Experience : 5-7 Years

Location : Bangalore (JP Nagar)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Global Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our staffing services. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with System Integrators, Direct Clients, and enterprise accounts, with strong ownership of the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business development for IT / Non-IT staffing services across global markets

- Build and manage relationships with System Integrators and Direct Clients

- Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, and closures

- Leverage existing ready-to-engage clients to generate immediate revenue

- Identify new opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach

- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment

- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-7 years of experience in staffing sales/business development

- Proven experience working with System Integrators and Direct Clients

- Strong existing client connections (ready accounts highly preferred)

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Strong understanding of staffing models, contracts, and rate negotiations

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Profile:

- Female candidates preferred

- Experience in global markets (US, UK, EU, APAC is a plus)

- Immediate to short notice joiners preferred
