The primary responsibility of the role holder would be working with business and the Talent & Learning COE in enabling the Talent & Learning strategy of Glenmark. This is a Global role & involves working with different businesses, geographies & levels. This would involve: 1. As part of the Talent & Learning COE team, the individual would ensure the needs of the business are addressed effectively to ensure people capabilities become a competitive advantage for the business 2. The role involves being the SPOC for Talent & Learning for the business. 3. Ensuring the effective implementation of Talent Review and succession planning process 4. Working with the business in articulation & implementation of IDPs for Hi Potential talent 5. Build connect and confidence with the High potential talent to be available to them as their Learning Partner 6. Working closely with Business/ Functional Leaders in showcasing talent and facilitating career moves in line with individual career aspirations, capability & organisation needs 7. Ability to independently conceptualize & design OD interventions for the business 8. Working with the business in understanding learning needs for the larger population & getting them supported through the learning team. 9. Actively working towards improving the learning experience Key Interactions : External : Consultants, Vendors Internal : Business Heads, HR Leadership, HR Teams, IT, Finance, Procurement, HR COEs Education - Masters degree in Human Resources or Equivalent from good B School Experience - 8+ years relevant HR experience, with min 2+ years in a Talent/L&D role will be preferred Knowledge & Skills (Functional / Technical) 1. Excellence Project Management 2. High Learnability and Detail Orientation 3. Process orientation and Data Skills 4. Excellent MS Suite skills (Excel, Powerpoint and Word) 5. Ability to facilitate Focus Group Discussions, do diagnostics and qualitative 360s Leadership / Managerial Attributes 1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills 2. Highly organized & disciplined self-starter who is able to prioritize multiple tasks & deliver to deadlines 3. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, while building strong personal networks 4.
