Responsibilities : - The platform vision and long term strategy - The platform roadmap, across all product categories - A high performing product team - A strong ongoing understanding of all donor segments (retail and institutional), nonprofits, fundraisers and all other stakeholders to stay ahead of the curve in innovating for stakeholders - Effective partnership with internal stakeholders, especially engineering team to deliver the platform in line with its plan Requirements : - An entrepreneurial mindset, first-principles approach, action-bias and collaborative style - Passion for social impact - Ambitious with demonstrated consistent high performance and steep career growth - 15+ yrs of overall experience, 8+ yrs. of product management/leadership experience - B.E./B.Tech required.
