Roles and Responsibilities: - Drive categories which includes MoM Growth, driving marketing strategies, launching new products, optimising in marketing spends and identifying and leveraging channel split (Website, app, marketplace etc.) - Creating and monitoring category assortment and designing action plans for penetration - Monthly demand forecast and periodically review prices/margin to ensure they meet targets - Implementing various strategies through in-depth analysis of assortment, pricing, competitor analysis, and various other market information - Cross functional coordination with our internal teams (supply team, operations team, teach team etc.) to project manage new product development from ideation to discontinuation - Finding opportunities to maximize the profitability of the business and conducting financial analysis - Gaining an in depth understanding of the industry, trends and competitive landscape for insights to the Leadership team Key Requirements: - 1-3 years of MBB consulting experience/Core team or founding member of D2C start-ups. Prior experience with category management/creation preferred - Strong experience in business analytics, consumer insights development, a solid understanding of core marketing levers - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders - Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables
