GHC - Manager - Finance

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-focused Finance Manager to manage financial planning, reporting, compliance, and cost controls for Mars by Good Health Company. The role will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive profitability, budgeting discipline, and financial transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly MIS reports

- Analyze revenue, margins, CAC, contribution margins, and operating costs

- Provide insights on pricing, promotions, and new product launches

Accounting & Compliance:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting, general ledger, and month-end closures

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits)

- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks

Cost Control & Working Capital:

- Monitor inventory, receivables, payables, and cash flows

- Implement cost-optimization initiatives across operations and marketing

- Track vendor payments and manage credit terms

Business & Stakeholder Support:

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams

- Support leadership with financial insights for decision-making

- Assist in fundraising, investor reporting, and due-diligence if required

Process & Systems:

- Improve financial processes, controls, and SOPs

- Work on ERP/accounting tools (Tally/Zoho/NetSuite or similar)

- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting

Required Qualifications:

- B.Com/MBA (Finance) preferred

- 5-8 years of experience in Finance, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or startups

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

- Hands-on experience with budgeting, MIS, and financial modeling

- Advanced Excel skills; ERP exposure is mandatory
