What your day looks like:
- Own the end-to-end lead generation cycle for top digital-first, e-commerce D2C brands, SaaS, and other high-growth prospects.
- Consistently generate new SQLs through various communication & lead generation techniques to expand the sales pipeline.
- Manage the entire lead generation cycle through outbound sales approaches.
- Use diverse communication channels, including phone & email, to generate high-quality SQLs.
- Build, maintain, and forecast a robust sales pipeline to achieve quarterly, monthly & yearly business goals.
- Meet sales targets and strive to outperform competitors.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills & handle objections effectively.
- Stay self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Use persuasive techniques & timely follow-ups to engage clients.
- Develop a thorough understanding of financial products' market demands & trends.
- Align efforts with team & organizational objectives.
What we're looking for:
- 3-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Prior experience in the Fintech / NBFC industry is preferred.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
