Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Business Development & Operations Manager to join our growing team.
- This role is a dynamic blend of business development, presales support, client engagement, vendor coordination, and operational management.
- You will play a pivotal role in driving growth, ensuring smooth presales execution, and maintaining operational efficiency across projects.
- The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Engagement:
- Manage and respond to inbound client inquiries effectively.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and trust-building.
- Support lead nurturing and identify new business opportunities across target markets.
Presales & Proposals:
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop client-focused proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
- Ensure proposals highlight value propositions and align with client requirements.
- Assist sales leadership during presales discussions and client clarifications.
Vendor & Staffing Coordination:
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to support project delivery.
- Coordinate internal staffing requirements in alignment with project and business needs.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, resources, and allocations.
Operations & Administration:
- Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring timely submission and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain and update CRM systems daily (leads, opportunities, proposals, interactions).
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales pipeline, proposals, revenue forecasts, and staffing status.
- Streamline internal processes to enhance collaboration between sales and delivery teams.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in business development, presales, or operations management, preferably in IT services, consulting, or the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven client-facing experience.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), MS Office, or Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience in invoicing, vendor management, and staffing coordination is a plus.
- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic business environment
