Job Description: 1. Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan Developing and managing digital prospecting and marketing campaigns 2. Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC 3. Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics 4. Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results. 5. Excellent working knowledge of ad platforms like Google AdWords, Display, YouTube, Facebook, ad networks etc. including how to setup campaigns from scratch or modify existing ones 6. Lead a team of 4-5 members and define their growth path Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies across all mediums 7. Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns across various Advertising portals Track, report, and analyse website analytics, PPC initiatives and FB Paid Ads Understanding campaigns and creating relevant ads 8. Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization Research and analyse competitor advertising links and strategize the best plan ahead for the business. 9. Collaborate with content and SEO teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs 10. Measure, analyse and understand marketing metrics to drive marketing decisions Manage email life cycles to nurture leads and engage with customers Qualifications: 1. B.Tech or UG from a reputed institute required 2. The Digital Marketing Manager will also portray a passion and exceptional analytical skills and demonstrate fluency in the acquisition of metrics, being able to evaluate and orchestrate large campaigns spanning numerous marketing channels. 3. 3+ years well-versed experience in Facebook performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition 4. Strong Analytical Skills and Experience Generating Campaign Performance Reports Candidates from Edtech background would be preferred.
