Present Role: Financial Analyst

Reporting: Private Equity Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial analysis and valuation for IPO, private equity, and debt mandates

- Building and maintaining financial models, projections, and sensitivity analyses

- Industry research, market analysis, and peer benchmarking

- Supporting pitch decks, information memorandums, and transaction execution.

- Presenting investment opportunities and pitching to prospective investors during fundraising initiatives.

- Assisting in deal structuring and fund-raise analysis

- Developing and maintaining SOPs for financial analysis and internal processes

- Supporting internal strategy and ad-hoc analytical assignments

Requirements:

- Qualified CA/MBA in finance

- 1 - 3 years' experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.

- Strong skills in Excel, financial modelling.

- Analytical mindset, accuracy, and business acumen.
