Name of the organization - Getfive Assets Advisors Pvt Ltd. (GAAPL). About the organization: Getfive is a SEBI registered CAT 1 fund. Along with the fund, Getfive group company is also a merchant banking firm based out of Mumbai & Ahmedabad. The firm is focused on IPO as well as fund raising through Private Equity and Debt. Job Location: Ahmedabad Present Role - Finance Manager - AIF & merchant banking. Reporting - Managing Director/ Fund Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Calculation of income and expenditure for the fund on monthly/quarterly/Annually basis and calculate NAV for the fund for every month. - Provide various inputs to fund analyst for preparation of various reports. - Calculation of various tax liabilities of the fund as well as investors and coordinate the same with the auditor as well as fund accounting firm. - Ensuring the tax payment as well as other regulatory dues within time limits. - Preparation of P&L as well as balance sheet on monthly/quarterly as well annually basis for the fund. - Preparation of P&L as well as balance sheet on monthly/quarterly as well annually basis for the merchant banking/investment banking unit. - Handling all accounting as well as finance related work for fund, merchant banking unit. - Any other related ancillary work. Qualifications: - CA is compulsory (CA). - Minimum Exp of 2 years post qualification in related field as finance manager. - Understanding of fund working, investment bank working. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
