- Responsible for driving the company's business, procreating its market and revenue through a focus on Segment growth. Identifying and developing business opportunities, thereby expanding the presence.
- Client-relationship management, new markets, and emerging trends propose and develop new strategic partnerships.
- Manage PAN India's business preposition for the segment - Railways
Key Deliverables:
- Prepare Business Plans for Railways by undertaking
- Complete study and analysis of Industry, potential markets and competitor mapping
- Commercial study and pricing
- Developing market and sale opportunities for the industry sector as specified above with a particular focus on high-speed train corridor network, Grade separations, Bridge abutments, Slope stabilization, Cut-and-cover tunnels, Buried bridge structures, Rockfall galleries, Noise Protection
- Generate specifications via architects, engineers, public health engineers, local authorities, consultants and clients
- Generate new business relationships and the existing account management
- Drive product promotions for the assigned segments through technical seminars, conferences, exhibitions, etc.
- Techno-commercial closure, management, and coordination.
- Special tasks as advised by MD/CDO
- Technical Advisor to the Commercial team and support for high-level networking.
- Network with Main-contractors, clients and consultants for project leads and market intelligence
- Generating Business Forecast Reports in CRM / Salesforce
- Initiating & developing relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Providing value-based services and solutions through presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with branding/marketing department for campaigns, seminars, and workshops
- Develop midstream and upstream business plan focussed relationships
- Estimation of each project cost, calculation of the gross/ net margin of each project as per the design and other contractual risks involved.
- Undertaking techno-commercial discussion & finalizing order of projects
- Managing customer service operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving service quality norms.
- Evaluate targets and goals quarterly, and suggest amendments to accommodate volatile market situations
