Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning & Execution:

Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel ABM programs that successfully engage high-value target accounts.

- Sales Alignment & Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the marketing and sales departments.

- Personalized Campaign Orchestration: Craft and manage tailored marketing campaigns for specific accounts and account clusters. This includes leveraging various channels such as email, social media & paid digital ads, to create a cohesive and compelling customer journey.

- Content & Lifecycle Marketing: Partner with the content team to guide the creation of bespoke assets tailored to the pain points and needs of target accounts.

- Funnel & Lead Management: In partnership with Marketing Operations, you will co-own the optimization of our lead generation processes to increase funnel efficiency and conversion rates from lead to MQL and SQL. Required Skills:

- 10+ years in driving the digital marketing roadmaps or initiatives.

- Proven expertise in designing, building, and executing ABM strategies and tools , including but not limited to HubSpot, email automation, ABM tools, and AI tools

- Results-oriented and data-driven, with strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and translate findings into actionable improvements.

- A natural collaborator with excellent communication skills, capable of working independently while managing multiple projects and building strong relationships with sales and executive.
