Marketing Lead/Head

Location: Pune
- Define and strengthen the companys brand in the B2B ecosystem with consistent, impactful messaging.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and nurture them through full-funnel strategies.
- Manage and optimize workflows using tools like HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, or equivalent platforms for email marketing and lead nurturing.
- Develop blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and sales materials to support lead generation and customer engagement.
- Drive organic website traffic, optimize search rankings, and ensure the website functions as a growth engine.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social platforms to boost awareness and conversions.
- Build relationships with media, execute PR initiatives, and establish the company as a thought leader in the industry.
- Design and implement GTM strategies for new campaigns, partnerships, and service offerings.
- Strategize, plan, and execute events, webinars, and advertising campaigns to create measurable brand impact.
- Lead content and campaigns on LinkedIn and other relevant channels to build thought leadership and industry presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of B2B marketing experience with expertise in demand generation, content, SEO, and campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, MailChimp, Salesforce, etc.
- Strong skills in SEO, content strategy, and digital campaign management.
- Familiarity with performance marketing platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Experience in event planning, PR, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Creative, analytical, and proactive mindset with attention to detail.
