Geography Head - South - Vehicle Finance

Job Description:

Leading vehicle finance platform is looking for a senior sales leader to own the retail lending business across the five southern states. The role will drive regional business growth, sales performance, channel development and profitability. The position will manage large multi-state teams and strengthen relationships with dealers, OEM partners and other business channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the retail lending business across the five southern states, including growth and profitability.

- Develop and execute regional sales and market expansion strategies.

- Lead large sales teams, set targets and drive performance across the region.

- Build and manage relationships with dealers, OEM partners, DSAs and other channels.

- Drive sourcing, disbursements, portfolio growth and business productivity.

- Partner with credit, operations, collections and risk teams to ensure effective business delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 15-20 years of experience in retail lending or secured asset finance sales.

- Strong experience in vehicle finance, retail lending or related secured lending businesses.

- Proven track record of managing large teams and multi-state business operations.

- Mandatory experience handling South India markets.

- Strong sales leadership, business development and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Ability to speak 23 South Indian regional languages.
