Genzeon - Data Delivery Leader - Healthcare Domain

Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Delivery Leader to lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare data programs for US healthcare clients. This role combines delivery ownership, client engagement, and team leadership within a fast-paced technology services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own delivery of large-scale healthcare data and analytics engagements

- Lead multi-team delivery across data engineering, analytics, and cloud platforms

- Act as the primary delivery contact for client stakeholders

- Drive delivery governance, risk management, and quality assurance

- Mentor and scale high-performing data teams

Required Experience:

- 12+ years in data engineering / analytics, with 4+ years in delivery leadership

- Strong healthcare domain experience (payer and/or provider data)

- Hands-on exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Experience with data warehouses, ETL/ELT, and modern data architectures

- Solid understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare data compliance

- Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7, X12)

- Experience with regulatory or quality data (HEDIS, Stars, risk adjustment)

- Prior experience working with US healthcare clients
