Job Summary:
He/ she will be the face of the company for the clients and will be responsible for effective service delivery to clients, providing digital media recommendations and solutions of problems to clients both internal and external, prepares and implements media plans and other deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis to understand their business goals and required services.
- Develop and execute complex, KPI driven digital media plans with supporting validation.
- Take complete ownership of media plans and projects, oversee buys, analyze campaigns, and change recommendations to maximize performance. Manage maintenance and changes to media plans.
- Develop communication strategies for various brands based on customer personas.
- Coordination with internal functional teams of content, design, analytics & tech to ensure excellent delivery of Online Marketing Plans.
- Guidance & support to internal team for effective sent service delivery.
- Produce clear and detailed client-facing reports to identify areas of opportunity to improve campaign performance and measure the impact on a regular basis and ensure course correction based on the success indicators.
- Train, Monitor, Mentor & Upskill the team and manage their career growth paths.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Technology, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or equivalent degree and related experience
- Relevant experience of 4-5 years in marketing, branding is preferred. Understanding of marketing principles is a must.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, online advertising, performance marketing, etc.
- Understanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, PowerPoint, Word, and advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, DV360, CM360, Firebase, AppsFlyer.
